We kick off Episode 36 by thanking the new NBW Fighting Spirit Champion, Sebby, for the awesome intro video.
We start with updates on Giant Orion and Chantal, who’ve been on a whirlwind run, from the WWE ID Master Class in New Hampshire to NCG Wrestling in Ontario, now competing in Mexico until November 11th before heading to Montreal for MEW. Orion even retained the NCG World Championship in a steel cage match against Richard Holliday on November 1st!
Next, we recap Pro Wrestling Unleashed from Propeller Arcade in Halifax , the show that sold out in just 57 minutes and crowned three new champions in Joey White, Dawson James, and Rudy Lockhart, with standout performances from Ronnie Payne, Lincoln Steen, and more.
We also preview this weekend’s triple lineup: IHW’s By-Tor and The Snowdog on Friday, Harvest Brawl on Saturday, and Kaizen Pro Wrestling’s Whispering Madness in Dartmouth, featuring a #1 Contender’s Match, a Hair vs Hair Match, and a Kumite Match!

This week on the 34th Episode of the Unofficial Maritime Wrestling Podcast, we’re covering another loaded weekend of Maritime wrestling!
Huge shoutout to Kayden for the intro, and while he was in action at IPW Wrestling’s Terror in the Taproom, he unfortunately suffered an injury during the Triple Threat Match with Joey White and Ryan Schimmel. We’re wishing him a full and speedy recovery. The card delivered across the board, Matt Chevron got the win over Spike Estey, Giant Orion retained the IPW Championship against Logan Green, and Rugged Rick Owens held onto the PEI Championship and more.
In Stewiacke, CGPW Wrestling’s Halloween Horror brought chaos in the best way possible. Kyle Kruze and Sidewalk Sam grabbed strong wins, Steve Arsenault retained his the Triple Crown Championships, and the main event 8-man tag match broke down into absolute mayhem.
Lutte Prestige Wrestling’s Brawl at Alma Hall 9 in Atholville delivered standout action all night. Matt Chevron started hot with a win over Hunter Sampson, Zane Valentine and Rick Owens racked up wins of their own, and Logan Green retained the Prestige Championship and the Main Event Rumble capped it off with Hunter Sampson outlasting the field for a major breakout moment.
Over in Pont-Lafrance, Real Savage Pro Wrestling’s Cauchemar Dans Le Ring III was pure controlled chaos. Oli Vice, Duce Harlem, and Star Child all picked up key wins, Dominic Warrior claimed the All Territory Elite Championship for a second time, and Ronnie Payne won the Women’s Title in a wild Triple Threat. The main event was bedlam seeing Thad Howett emerge as the new RSPW Heavyweight Champion in a multi-man match filled with tension and lots of action.
SMW Entertainment - DBCW’s Parkside Show in Dartmouth proved smaller venues still hit big. Ricky Mortis opened with a win, Ryan Storm defeated Damien Spade with special guest referee Greaser James Carr, and Jonathan Cross retained the Parkside Pub Champion. Maddison Miles swept Lincoln Steen 2–0 in a 2-out-of-3 Falls Match, and Chip Chambers retained the Maritime Heavyweight Title in another stand out match this time against Ian Pratt.
We also look ahead to a loaded weekend with IHW Wrestling, New Breed Wrestling, Capital City Wrestling, UCW Pro Wrestling and North Pro Canadian Wrestling all on deck, and we wrap things up by tackling a listener question from Dublin, Ireland: Do Maritime wrestling legends get the recognition they deserve outside the region?

Episode 32 of the Unofficial Maritime Wrestling Podcast is loaded with Maritime mayhem and unforgettable moments!
This week, we talk about ECPW’s Autumn Aggression in New Waterford, a show that had fans buzzing. WWE Hall of Famer Tito Santana stole the night with a heartfelt promo praising ECPW’s incredible locker room and the passion of Maritime wrestling fans. He called what ECPW has “something truly special,” and after laying out Mr. David A. Boyce with a stiff right hand, the crowd couldn’t agree more! We also break down the shocking reveal of Jonathan Cross attacking Justin Newhook, and talk about Moondog Dylan Davis becoming the new ECPW Heavyweight Champion.
Meanwhile, Jason was live at Kaizen Pro’s “Unwinding Clock” in Dartmouth and gives a firsthand recap of all the drama. From Thorpe’s constant meddling to Joey White’s wild victory over Covey Christ and the chaos that erupted in the Kaizen title match. This week’s Unofficial Maritime Wrestling Podcast is a special one, we’ve hit our 30th episode! Considering that over 90% of podcasts never make it past their third episode and only about 1% reach 21 episodes, this milestone means a lot to us. To celebrate, we’re rolling out a brand-new intro and outro theme, and we’re doubling down on our commitment to covering the Maritime wrestling scene for the long haul.
We’ve got a jam-packed show as we recap a massive weekend of wrestling from across the region. From CGPW’s Re-Birth in Stewiacke, featuring Baron Von Blackheart’s submission victory and a wild Stewiacke Street Fight, to Wrestling in Windsor 10, which lived up to its billing as “The Biggest Show Ever,” highlighted by Cody Uno Ocho’s main event win. We also dive into North Pro’s double shot weekend, with “Hidden Depths” in Moncton and “Goes Country” in Bible Hill, where Giant Orion continued his reign as champion. Plus, we break down all the action from IHW’s September to Surrender 20th Anniversary Tour, spanning three nights in Amherst, Riverview, and Miramichi, with standout performances from Kris Charters, Cody Deaner, and Fantana.
